Open the first US Oral Health Education Center in North Carolina to provide education in oral health, how oral healthrelates to systemic health and disease prevention.
- Open free, sliding-scale and Medicaid clinics throughout the state beginning with one in eastern NC and one in Western NC.
- Partner to aid access models across the state.
